Leaf lace and eggplants

I have resurrected the leaf lace socks from last October and I have decided that it will be my 4th of July challenge. Can I finish a lace sock in 3 days with family obligations? Sure I can. Here's what I have so far:



And in the garden I am picking tomatoes everyday. There are flowers on all the peppers and best off all? Eggplants are coming in and look lovely.

Tomorrow I am gonna pull the peas out and plant the last 2 tomatoes that I didn't think were gonna make it. They've earned a spot in the garden for sure.


***edit*** 7/5-the socks were finished about 3 this afternoon and will be on their way to my grandmother as a belated birthday gift.
